At Gallo Hair, we enforce a 50% cancellation fee, calculated on the total service cost, for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. If tardiness affects multiple consecutive services (e.g., color followed by cut), you will be charged for all subsequent services, regardless of completion. For "no-show" appointments, the full service amount will be charged.
